Arrest in the Case of the Route 133 Body
Ossining police arrested Joaquin A. Recinos-Garcia in the death of a Yonkers resident found on the side of the road by a jogger.
Ossining police have made an arrest in the August death of Luis Blanco.
An early-morning jogger on Route 133 on Aug. 24 found his body. It was in the brush on the southeast side of the road.
Ossining police said they recently identified him as a 53-year-old Yonkers resident.

On Friday, they arrested Joaquin A. Recinos-Garcia with murder.
Recinos-Garcia, 27, was arraigned on Saturday in Ossining Town Court and sent to Westchester County Jail without bail, police said.
