Compassionate Communication -- Simple Practices Toward Transformative Reconnection

This illuminating, interactive workshop introduces ways to more effectively connect with loved ones and strangers alike. Andy Dillon is a certified trainer in Compassionate Communication. He invites participants to develop awareness of and build skills that increase the quality of connection with themselves and to others. The internal and interpersonal healing possibilities of Compassionate Communication can be useful in intimate and family relationships, in school or professional relationships, and as part of work towards systemic change.

This 90-minute workshop is a free community event hosted by the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the Hudson Valley, located just off the Buchanan/Montrose exit of Route 9 in Croton-on-Hudson.
