Create a Card for a Local Service Member or Vet

The American Red Cross Holiday Mail for Heroes program delivers cards of thanks and support to members of the armed forces, veterans and their families.

Metro New York officials promise this year’s program will deliver cards from local communities to local military facilities, veteran’s homes and hospitals and military family support groups.

This is a program built on neighbors reaching out to neighbors.

You can stop by the American Red Cross table at the Jefferson Valley Mall between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Dec. 5 to create a personalized card sending thanks and Season’s Greetings to local members of the Armed Forces, veterans and their families.
