New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Richard M. Panio, 63, Jan. 18 for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Police say they observed the vehicle Panio was driving on Route 9 traveling at a high rate of speed and crossing over hazard markings. Following a vehicle and traffic stop, Panio was found to be intoxicated.
