- The Planning Board / Board of Architectural Review continues its work on the proposal for the former Village Department of Public Works site at Main Street, Water Street and Central Avenue. The Zoning Board of Appeals granted variances Nov. 29. The plan is to construct a mixed-use building with 108 affordable rental units; ground-floor amenity space, 3,500 square feet of retail space and 3,700 square feet of community space to be used by the village; a 4-story parking garage (the top story for village public parking).
