Croton Students Sign Popular Holiday Song

Carrie E. Tompkins Elementary School students learned American Sign Language lyrics

From the Croton-Harmon schools

Carrie E. Tompkins Elementary School students showed off a new skill at the schoolwide singalong before heading off for the holiday break on Dec. 19.

CET sign language specialist Christine Fico taught every student how to “sing” the chorus to “Jingle Bells” in American Sign Language. Students sang a variety of holiday songs together and especially enjoyed showing off their new knowledge of the language.
