Babies under 12-months will compete in heats of six.
Each winner will move on to the semi-finals and the grand finale!
Participatory ribbons will be awarded to all contestants!
1st, 2nd & 3rd place trophies will be awarded for the babies with the fastest time in the Grand Finale Race!
