CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NY — Celebrate the annual return of the eagle to the Hudson Valley at Teatown's annual EagleFest Feb. 11.

This year, EagleFest tickets include admission to one of two special screenings of 'The Eagle Huntress.' The documentary follows the story of Aishol-pan, a 13-year-old girl who trains to become the first female in 12 generations of her Kazakh family to become an eagle hunter and rises to the pinnacle of a tradition that has been handed down from father to son for centuries. It is narrated by Daisy Ridley of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

"In form and content, this is a movie that expands your sense of what is possible. A girl can hunt with an eagle. A camera can fly," said A. O. Scott in his review of 'The Eagle Huntress' for The NYTimes.
