Employee Accused of Stealing Meat from the A&P in Croton
The Ossining man is being held without bail.

On September 30, 2014 at approximately 1:30 p.m., New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks charged Gregory Rodriguez, age 46, of Ossining, New York, with Grand Larceny 4th Degree, a Class E Felony.
On September 29, Troopers were dispatched to the A&P Supermarket to investigate an alleged theft committed by an employee. Pursuant to investigation, it was determined that Rodriguez stole an estimated $1200 worth of meat from the store’s meat department by concealing the goods on his person before exiting the store.
Rodriguez was arraigned before the Town of Cortlandt Court and remanded to the Westchester County Jail without bail. He is scheduled to re-appear in court on the 3rd of October.
