join us in our care for trees:

11:30 AM: Introduction to Invasives @ Engel’s Park

Wonder about Invasive Vines & their effect on Trees? Wonder about how to get rid of them? Come Gather at the river & from there,

@ NOON ~ Free-a-Tree Action

Want to be a part of the Solution?

Teams will form for a 2 hour FREE-a-TREE effort.

Gloves & tools will be provided as will a stainless steel Green Ossining Water Bottle,

2:00 pm - regroup at the riverfront in an exercise using the vines for creative arts, crafts & sculpture pieces!

4:00 PM ~ Tree Planting Ceremony

Ossining’s Lion Club invites you to bring your family & friends to join in a Tree Planting @ Nelson Sitting Park by Park School.

8 elms will be planted, but only with YOUR help & energy!
