Transition Ossining’s Discovering Art in Nature focuses on the beauty of design in nature, giving viewers what may be a new concept of what nature is and what art can be. The show, curated by Transition Ossining Facilitator Maureen Morgan, will open with a reception from 4 to 6 PM on Saturday, Sept. 15 at the Steamer Company, 117 Main Street. Visitors can enjoy the artwork and also learn more about Transition, a group that seeks to build resilience in local communities as we face an uncertain future. Literature on Transition will be available.
For those who cannot attend the reception, the show will be up through the end of October.
