The "End of Summer Festival" is an open event provided by the Town of Ossining to celebrate the end of the summer, and the new kayak launch in Ossining. There will be food, crafts, and live music all day long at three separate stages along the waterfront.

In addition, to celebrate the launch of a new kayak launch in Ossining, and the "End of Summer Festival", the Town of Ossining will be hosting a press conference with all major news organizations in the area invited.
The press conference will take place on SEPTEMBER 17, 2011 at 1:30PM amid the "End of Summer Festival".

In addition, a U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Representative will be there doing VOLUNTARY kayak inspections, with decals!
