Come to the Greenburgh Library, 300 Tarrytown Rd., Elmsford at 4pm with a placard proclaiming the step you are taking to reduce your carbon footprint. It can be as simple as turning off your car instead of idling, or as involved as putting solar panels on your house, or whatever you can do. More ideas at the web site.
