For the Section 1 champion Ossining's girls basketball squad, the waiting is finally over as tonight is the night that it will play Section 3 champ Cicero-North Syracuse (19-3) in the Class AA state semifinals at 8 p.m. at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy.

The winner will play either Section 5’s Penfield or Section 11’s Riverhead at 8:45 p.m. on Saturday, also at HVCC, for the state Class AA title.

MSG Varsity's Kevin Devaney Jr. visited Ossining's girls basketball scrimmage at Irvington as the two teams prepared for state competition.
