Fun at Bethel's 17th Annual Tree-Lighting Festivities
Santa arrived in a vintage Model T.

OSSINING, NY — A large group of neighbors and friends joined the Bethel community Monday for a festive occasion — Bethel’s 17th Annual Holiday Tree Lighting.
This year’s tree “lighter” was Ms. Marsha Schlig, the Housing Services Coordinator at The Pines Independent Senior Living residence in Ossining, who will be retiring from that position at the end of the year.
The evening also featured the ever-popular arrival of Santa in a vintage Model T Ford wagon, thanks to its owner, Robert Vitetta of Cortlandt Manor, carol singing led by The Pines singers, a musical performance by Ossining violinist, Rachel Alexander and her students, delicious hors d’oeuvres, cookies and beverages.
