Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze Sets Fall 2021 Schedule For HV, LI
The popular Halloween event features hand-carved pumpkins in elaborate displays at Van Cortlandt Manor and Old Bethpage Village Restoration.

NEW YORK — It's time to make reservations to see the Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze, which returns from late September into early November in two locations: the original in the Hudson Valley and for a second year on Long Island.
Blaze: Hudson Valley returns to its location at Van Cortlandt Manor in Croton-on-Hudson for a 17th year and Blaze: Long Island returns to Old Bethpage Village Restoration in Old Bethpage after a successful launch in 2020.
The folks at Historic Hudson Valley, creators of both Blazes, say this year will be bigger and better than ever. Each will feature thousands of hand-carved jack o’lanterns lit up in elaborate displays throughout historic landscapes. New displays this year at Blaze: Hudson Valley include a New York City streetscape and an immersive river walk-through experience. At Blaze: Long Island, visitors will see a brand-new 80-foot circus train and be enchanted by a new sea monster and more creatures from under the ocean.
