"Hudson River Romance" photographs by Elisabeth Sinsabaugh

Exhibition opens at Ossining Public Library on Monday, December 1. Opening reception is Wednesday, December 3 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM.

Sinsabaugh’s ethereal photographs of the Hudson River are part of an ongoing series entitled, “Hudson River Romance” many which have been taken through the train window on her commute from Ossining, New York to Manhattan. Sinsabaugh’s intimate portraits of the Hudson River capture a richly nuanced sense of place and the ever-changing riverscape influenced by weather patterns and tidal waters.

The exhibit is located at the Ossining Public Library, 53 Croton Avenue, on the lower level outside the Budarz Theater. The show can be seen at any time the library is open: Monday & Thursday 9 AM to 9 PM, Tuesday & Friday 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday 1 PM to 9 PM, Saturday 11 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 1 PM to 5 PM.
