Hudson Valley Memorial Day Weekend Weather: Half Rain, Half Sun

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — It may not be perfect beach weather this Memorial Day weekend, and that's good news. Those for whom a beach trip is a necessity will be able to social distance better if the rest of us aren't around.

There's rain for part of the weekend, so we can build up to being outdoors. There's sun for Sunday and Monday, with temperatures just perfect for finding a path that isn't overpopulated.

It's likely going to rain Friday night and all day Saturday. There could even be thundershowers.

Then Sunday and Monday will have temperatures in the high 60s to 70, mostly sun, and soft spring breezes.
