If Ossining Had $10 Million For Downtown: Take The Survey
So far, better recreational access to the Hudson River is most desired. Have your say.

OSSINING, NY — Better recreational access to the Hudson River — that's what has received most of the votes as of Tuesday morning in a new survey about downtown Ossining. Village officials are running the survey now online.
There are a number of choices: calming downtown traffic, improving pedestrian safety, connecting businesses to the waterfront and a host of others.
The Village is applying, once again, for the $10 million Downtown Revitalization Initiative from the NY Department of State.

"We have applied all three years the DRI has been offered, and have been finalists twice," said Mayor Victoria Gearity in her Monday message to residents. "The Mid-Hudson Region is the most competitive of the 10 regions across NYS. We have received positive feedback from the Regional Economic Development Council that oversees this process, and believe this could be our year! We're hoping you will help be part of the success. Tell us, how would you invest $10M in Ossining's downtown and waterfront?"
