Joan Osborne to headline Words and Music benefit concert

Multi-platinum selling and Grammy nominated recording artist to perform at sold out concert in Ossining

The Words & Music concert series’ fall benefit concert will take place on Friday, November 21 at 8:00pm in the 200 seat Budarz Theater at the Ossining Public Library.

Multi-platinum selling and Grammy nominated recording artist Joan Osborne will headline the sold out concert, and will perform together with co-producer Jack Petruzzelli (Fab Faux, Patti Smith) accompanying her on piano, guitar and vocals.

Singer-songwriter & pianist Oli Rockberger will open the concert with a set of his original material and will be joined by Ryan Scott on guitar and vocals. Legendary New York radio personality Dennis Elsas (WNEW-FM, WFUV) will also be on hand to introduce Ms. Osborne.

The net proceeds from the sold out concert will be used to produce more free Sunday afternoon concerts in the Words & Music concert series.
