CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NY — Croton fire officials are reminding everyone to be mindful when driving around the village after a kid was hit by a car on Maple Avenue Thursday.
The accident sparked a long conversation on Facebook. In addition to issues of traffic in the village, questions of impulse control came up about both kids and adults — specifically about jaywalking and about parking on the sidewalk.
