Maryknoll Christmas Concert December 12

Maryknoll welcomes the birth of Jesus to the Lower Hudson Valley.

The annual Maryknoll Christmas Concert of religious and traditional music will welcome the beginning of the Christmas season to the Lower Hudson Valley on Friday, December 12, at 8 p.m.

Led by a choir composed of the Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers, Maryknoll Sisters, Maryknoll Lay Missioners, along with friends and neighbors, the concert will be held at Our Lady Queen of Apostles Chapel, 55 Ryder Road in Ossining. Admission is free and neighbors of all faiths are welcome. Reservations are not required.

The choir is under the direction of Christopher Reilly, the director of music at the Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers Mission Center. The audience will be encouraged to participate by singing the joy of the Christmas season.

Light refreshments will be served after the concert. Santa Claus will greet the children and the young at heart. The Maryknoll Gift Shop will open at 6 p.m. for pre-concert shopping.
