Meet the Candidates for Ossining School Board, Library Board

The Ossining PTA will host its annual forum May 4 for candidates seeking seats on the Ossining Board of Education and the Ossining Public Library board.

Neither race is contested this year. The vote is May 19.

The Board of Education has two seats open and the candidates running are Felix J. Flores and Maria Fernandez-Williams. The Ossining Public Library has three seats open and the candidates running are Alice Joselow, Stephanie Unger and Cecilia Quintero. All candidates have been invited to participate.

The debate will be moderated by Harry MacLaughlin of the League of Women Voters.

The PTA will host the event at 7 p.m. May 4 in the Ossining High School auditorium, 29 South Highland Avenue, Ossining, NY 10562. The community is invited to attend.
