  1. When did your business open? - 2015
  2. How did you come up with the name? - My wife and I kept searching for "farm to table" restaurants when we went out to eat. Eventually I came up with the name "Fable" by doing that search so much.
  3. Why start a business in this town? - This town has many hidden treasures, and when I found this farmland here in Ossining I thought it was perfect.
  4. What business are you in? - We are a working farm that also hosts weddings.
  5. What's the most difficult challenge you've faced starting a new business? - Start up funds as well as skilled labor.
  6. What's one highlight you've had since opening? - Landing our first restaurant account and seeing our produce on their plates.
  7. How does your business give back to the community? - Not only do we provide pesticide free, organic produce, but we donate to local food pantries as well.
