UPDATE: Metro-North Back To Normal After Morning Delays
It affected all three East-of-Hudson lines at first, and dragged on for the Hudson Line.

UPDATE: 1:17 a.m.: Service on the Hudson Line has returned to normal, the last of the three East-of-Hudson commuter lines to start running on time.
UPDATE 8:30 a.m.: Commuters are experiencing delays of less than 20 minutes as the morning commute continues.
