Morrisville Hurdle by Lemar Johnson Goes Viral
The Ossining High School graduate got a touchdown and social media fame.

Morrisville State College quarterback Lemar Johnson, playing Kean University recently, found a hole in the defensive line that included going airborne to make a touchdown that has become a YouTube sensation.
The video has received 465,036 hits since it was posted Oct. 12 by Morrisville Coach Kuse.
The Mustangs won that game 37-31.

His hurdle got Johnson a football player of the week nod from the New Jersey Athletic Conference for the third time this season. He was named to the D3football.com Team of the Week, presented by Scoutware, for his performance in the win over Kean. To date he has posted several pre-season and in-season acknowledgements, including USA Football Division III and BSN Preseason All-American honors, NJAC Offensive Player of the Week accolades, and Corvias ECAC Southeast Player of the Week awards, the college said.
The senior is a graduate of Ossining High—where he played varsity football for three years—and is the reigning NJAC Offensive Player of the Year. He is majoring in criminal justice at Morrisville State and is the son of Esther Barrett of Ossining.
