Join the OSSINING DOCUMENTARY & DISCUSSION SERIES for their April “SOLUTIONS” Event in honor of EARTH DAY. Rather than address what’s NOT being done, we’re focusing on the positive!

GreenHead Media’s Solutions series highlights the positive ideas and activities regarding climate challenges and environmental issues that we are learning about as we travel and ask questions. Following the screening of 7 Episodes on a trek through India documenting Solutions, we will have the Documentary Filmmakers, James Dean Conklin & Elisa Zazzera with us along with 6 local folks involved in pioneering Solutions give 5 minute multi-media “talks” – lots of hands-on & opportunity to speak one-on-one with the presenters, including Ossining’s very own Niki Gallo Hammond who will illustrate functionality and design aspects of earthen/cob ovens! Alan Bigelow of Solar Cookers International, and along with James Dean, co-Founder of Solar Punch, will be with us as well as Kathy Puffer who’ll display Vertical Garden designs as well as talk about her experience with Solar Cities and Bio Gas. Solarize Ossining and Ross Solar Group will be on hand and ODDS is grateful for their event sponsorship.
