Ossining Lions Club Welcomes Westchester Collaborative Theater
The Westchester Collaborative Theater will be featured at the January 26th dinner meeting of the Ossining Lions Club.
From the Ossining Lions Club: “The Westchester Collaborative Theater” will be featured at the January 26th dinner meeting of the Ossining Lions Club. Alan Lutwin, Executive Director, will be the guest speaker. The Westchester Collaborative Theater Company was born in Ossining in 2010 when a number of performing artists in the area decided to form a company to focus on developing new work for the theater. The group found a home with the Ossining Arts Council in the Steamer Firehouse but will soon move down the hill to its own space at 27A on Main Street.
Don’t miss this opportunity to join Alan Lutwin in describing how he established a thriving theater group in town in spite of the predictable pitfalls. This is what the business of art looks like. Join the conversation! The event will be at the ELKS Club at 118 Croton Avenue with a buffet dinner at $25 and a cash bar. RSVP to maureenmorgan10@veizon.net or mail a check payable to Ossining Lions Club to PO Box 4008, Ossining, NY 10672.
