Ossining Man Arrested on Felony Drunk Driving Charge
He has a previous conviction for driving while intoxicated.
An Ossining man faces a felony charge for driving while intoxicated.
New York State Police said Robert J. Weyrauch, 59, was arrested Nov. 23 for driving drunk after striking a police vehicle.
Police said Weyrauch failed to move to the right lane on the Sprain Brook Parkway when police were trying to control traffic after an accident had occurred.

He allegedly struck the rear of the police vehicle.
Weyrauch was determined to be intoxicated at the time of the collision and subsequently was found to have been convicted of a DWI-related offense in June 2011.

He was released on an appearance ticket to return to court Dec. 10.
