Ossining Men Charged With DWI: Police
New York state police are cracking down on impaired driving.
State Police in Troop K removed 16 impaired drivers from the roads over the weekend of July 27-29, including two Ossining men.
- On July 28, State Police arrested Segundo Otavalo Figueroa, 24, of Ossining, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.
- On July 28, 2018, State Police from SP Stormville arrested Julio Arce, 40, of Ossining, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Yorktown, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.
