Ossining Opens Vets Park Rink For Ice-Skating
Residents are invited to make an afternoon of it — bring hot chocolate in a thermos and warm up by the fire!
OSSINING, NY — Ossining officials announce that the skating rink at Veterans Memorial Park is now officially open. You are welcome to take a spin around the ice with your family and friends!
Why not make an afternoon of it – and bring a thermos filled with hot chocolate and cozy up by the roaring fire? The village/town park staff will be keeping the ice clean and smooth all season, as well as the fire stoked.
PUBLIC SKATE HOURS
- MONDAY – FRIDAY 9am – 6:30pm
- SATURDAY 8am-8pm
- SUNDAY 10am – 4pm
- HOLIDAYS: Monday, January 15th & Monday, February, 19th 10am – 4pm

- Pond skating is strictly prohibited
- Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult
- Skates only on the ice, no boots or shoes
