It's always a tremendous honor to receive the Con Edison Scholar-Athlete Award.

That's because the award is usually reserved for seniors though there are rare exceptions like Elton Brand, a two-time NBA all-star who won the award in his junior year in 1996 while hooping it up at Peekskill.
