Ossining Woman Accused of Shoplifting at Kohls
State police in Cortlandt made the arrest.

Ana Cochancela, of Ossining, New York, faces a charge of Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Troopers were dispatched to Kohl’s in Cortlandt on Dec. 6, 2015 to investigate a reported larceny. Loss prevention staff at the store told police that Cochancela was observed concealing jewelry in her pocket and then passing all points of sale without paying for the items.
The 35-year-old was released after posting $300 station bail and directed to appear in the Town of Cortlandt Court on Dec. 21.
