CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NY — Friends of Veronica Hallock's family announced at 12:54 p.m. Saturday that she had been found.
A statement from Veronica's sister, Emily: Veronica has been found safe at LaGuardia Airport, thanks to all of you who shared her photo and helped to spread the word. I cannot possibly express my gratitude to Leslie Safian Kuhn, who spotted her. Thank you so much to everybody -- you've showed our family to have faith in our fellow humans. This is an unspeakable relief.
