Obituary: Robert P. Cregier, OHS Class of 1960

Robert P. Cregier, of Greenwood DE and former longtime Ossining resident, passed away Friday October 6, 2017. Bob was born in Mt. Kisco on July 30, 1942, and was the son of the late Fredrick and Harriett (Mead) Cregier. He was 75.

Bob was a graduate of Ossining High School, class of 1960. He married his wife Linda Sellazzo on September 8, 1962 at St. Ann’s Church. He was the former manager of Pircio Cleaners in Chilmark from approximately 1964 till 1984. He was also retired Water Treatment Technician, at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Facility in Yorktown Heights. He was a former member of the Mahopac Fire Department. Bob was a former parishioner of St. Ann’s Church, and a member of St. John’s Church in Delaware.

Mr. Cregier is survived by his loving wife Linda; his two sons Robert (Clara), and Joseph (Carmen); four grandsons Robert, Blaise, Joseph and Jayden; five step grandchildren Stephanie, Vanessa, Sarah, Nadia & Rolfi; 4 step great grandsons Tristan, Amilliono, Melody & Harmony.

The funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00 am at St. Ann’s Church, Ossining. The interment will follow at St. Augustine’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bob’s memory, to St. Ann’s Church, 25 Eastern Ave., Ossining 10562.
