Ossining Village Environmental Advisory Council, 6:30 p.m., John Paul Rodrigues Ossining Operations Center. On the agenda: 14 Church Street. Applicant is seeking site plan approval, conditional use, BAR, and a parking waiver in order to construct a third-floor addition of four residential units.

Ossining Village Board of Trustees, 7:30 p.m., Municipal Building. Among the agenda items: Authorizing $4,924,000 for the Route 9 "Diet" project; a public hearing on amending the local law on sidewalk cafes, outdoor dining and sidewalk sales.
