State Cops Arrest 4 In Croton-on-Hudson July 4 Weekend Crackdown

CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NY — New York State police in Troop K said they removed 28 impaired drivers from public roadways over the July 4 weekend. Among them were four arrests in Croton, all on Route 9.
- On July 6, State Police arrested Elvis A. Alvarado Siguenza, 24, of Ossining, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the village of Croton-on-Hudson, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, police alleged.
- On July 7, State Police arrested Richard M. Panio, 67, of Croton-on-Hudson, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the village of Croton-on-Hudson, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, police said.
- On July 7, State Police arrested Luis Lopez, 39, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the village of Croton-on-Hudson, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, police alleged.
- On July 7, State Police arrested Sidronio Alarcon Trujillo, 30, of Bethpage, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the village of Croton-on-Hudson, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, police alleged.
