Ronald A. Woody, Jr was arrested in Ossining Dec. 17 and charged with Insurance Fraud 3rd Degree and Grand Larceny 3rd Degree. The arrest of the 43-year-old Wappingers Falls man stemmed from a complaint received by the New York State Workers' Compensation Board Fraud Inspector's Office, which indicated he had unlawfully collected workers' compensation benefits while gainfully employed.
