PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that resolutions have been adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a meeting on August 16, 2021, to open a PUBLIC HEARING on the following: Local Law Introductory No. 8 of 2021 to amend the Zoning Chapter of the Village Code, Section 230, to eliminate the prohibition against video game and arcade machines, update notification procedures for sheds and update penalties for offenses. THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the above on Monday, August 30, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard. The meeting will also be broadcast live on www.crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 78.  Pauline DiSantoVillage Clerk
