PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that resolutions have been adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a meeting on September 20, 2021, to open a PUBLIC HEARING on the following: Public Hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 12 of 2021 to amend Chapter 227 of the Village Code, Wetlands, to amend the date range for public hearings. Public Hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 13 of 2021 to amend Chapter 127 of the Village Code, Fireworks, by codifying state permitting requirements for fireworks displays. THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the above on Monday, October 4, at 7:00 p.m., in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard. The meeting will also be broadcast live on www.crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 78.  Pauline DiSantoVillage Clerk
