PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that resolutions have been adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a meeting on October 12, 2021, to open a PUBLIC HEARING on the following: Special permit application from The Dessertist to operate a wholesale bakery located at 2-4 Croton Point Avenue THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the above on Wednesday November 3, 2021, at 7:00 PM, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard. The meeting will also be broadcast live on www.crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 78.  Pauline DiSantoVillage Clerk
