November 11, 2021

Today is Veterans Day, a day for us all to pause and reflect on the service of those men and women that have worn the uniform of our country. Let us keep our service members and veterans in our thoughts, and never take for granted what they fought to defend.  Across the centuries, brave Americans have answered our country’s call, endured hardships, and confronted mortal danger. On behalf of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, I express our community's sincere gratitude.  All residents are invited to join American Legion Fox-Eklof Post 505 in honoring Croton’s veterans today at 11 AM at Croton Veterans’ Monument (Five Corners)--or in the case of inclement weather, the gymnasium at Holy Name of Mary Church.
