Peter A. Mita, originally from Mount Vernon NY passed away Friday Oct. 20, 2017 at the age of 79. He is survived by his three children Theresa, Thomas, and Steven.
Peter was an altar boy at Mount Carmel Church on First Street in Mount Vernon and a graduate of Mount St.
Michael Academy, and worked as an airline mechanic for American Airlines.
Peter lived in Yonkers NY and was most recently a resident at Springvale Apartments in Croton-on-Hudson NY.

Visitation will be at Dorsey Funeral Home in Ossining NY from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday Oct. 26. The services will be also at the funeral home, on Friday at 11:30 a.m. Interment private.
