Weekend DWI Arrests In Croton-on-Hudson, Cortlandt
New York State Police arrested 20 motorists over the weekend.
CORTLANDT, NY —State Police from Troop K removed 20 impaired drivers from the roadway over the weekend of July 6-8. One was on Route 9 in Croton-on-Hudson.
On July 7, 2018, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Morgan K. Modugno, 28, of Croton-on-Hudson, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the village of Croton, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol.
On July 8, 2018, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Richard T. Sochor III, 37, of Astoria, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on East Main Street in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol.
