White Supremacist Recruitment Flyers Found In Hudson Valley

The flyers were plastered on utility poles near schools in Croton-on-Hudson

CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NY — Flyers from a white supremacist group plastered on utility poles near schools in Croton-on-Hudson have sparked outrage. Flyers seeking to recruit members for the white supremacy group Identity Evropa were found on poles near Croton Harmon High School, Pierre Van Cortlandt Middle School and in the village.

School officials denounced the signs and contacted the police, who said the signs couldn’t be removed per their legal counsel’s advice, News 12 said.

In October 2017, flyers from the group were found on Westchester Community College bulletin boards. Indentity Evropa tweeted out photos of the postings which were apparently part of an organized effort taking place across the country at the time.
