CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NY — New York state police from Troop K said they had removed 11 impaired drivers from the roads over the weekend. One of the arrests was a Yorktown man driving on Route 9.
On June 29, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Edwin P. Parra, 31, of Yorktown, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the village of Croton-on-Hudson, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, police alleged.
