• Gotti grandson Carmine Agnello no longer seeking sentence reduction for donating kidney to his ailing mother Victoria, court papers say (newsday.com) — An Oyster Bay resident, Carmine Agnello, is no longer asking a federal judge for a lighter sentence based on his plan to donate a kidney to his mother, with whom he lives in town. Newly filed court papers say the surgery has not happened, and his new attorney is instead asking the court to weigh the offer alongside his admitted role in a $1.1 million COVID-19 loan fraud.
