
The Sounds of Music, which will tell a musical story of deep emotion, beauty, and inspiration, along with some lighter moments - told through the Oyster Bay Music Festival's remarkable instrumentalists and singers. Performers for this concert include returning favorites such as the always popular OBMF Singers, cellist Charles Zandieh, and pianist Maxim Lando. In addition, making their first appearance at the beautiful space of Congregation L'Dor V'Dor, will be German violinist Tassilo Probst, who is making musical headlines throughout Europe; flutist Denis Savelyev, a rising star of the flute world; and cellist Bethany Bobbs, who has been celebrated by The Strad and The ViolinChannel. Featured vocalists will include soprano and social media star Teddy Siegel, along with critically acclaimed tenor Toby Bradford. There will also be an appearance from Dale Stuckenbruck, one of the few musical saw masters left in the world. The music featured will be an exciting and eclectic mix of vocal and instrumental music from the past few hundred years.
