Ospreys Thrive in Mill Neck Creek

Rainy day find while contacting Primary voters: the telephone pole that the Mayor and my fellow Bayville trustees erected on the banks of Mill Neck Creek in 1995 for endangered Ospreys. This was one of the first such efforts, and the program has really worked! Known as the "fish hawk," there are now dozens of pairs of majestic Osprey and their young who return to the same exact nest every April.
