Overnight Closures On Northern State Parkway Eastbound For Weeks: NYSDOT

OYSTER BAY, NY — Northern State Parkway eastbound will be closed overnight between Exit 36A (State Route 135/Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway) in Oyster Bay and Exit 41 (Wolf Hill Road) in Huntington, the New York State Department of Transportation said.

This closure will occur from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. for approximately three weeks, weather permitting, during an asphalt pavement resurfacing project, NYSDOT said.

There will be a detour for drivers on Exit 36A for southbound State Route 135 to Exit 10 to eastbound Old Country Road to the eastbound Long Island Expressway (Interstate 495) to Exit 51 for northbound State Route 231 for access to the Northern State Parkway, NYSDOT said.
